Crosspoint Offices is the regional hub for organizations that want to support their staff with a flexible workplace close to their homes. The Crosspoint business center concept is also perfectly suited as a fallback during a pandemic. That is important, because during a pandemic it is increasingly apparent that not everyone can work well from home. The flexibility of our concept also provides boardrooms for meetings at an appropriate distance. This allows organizations to provide professional facilities locally.

XO BOARDROOM

Do you wish to have a meeting with a group of people in a highly representative working environment?  Our boardrooms can even be rented if you are not a regular guest. Crosspoint Offices offers optimally equipped, luxurious boardrooms with all amenities, such as a large oval table, luxurious chairs, a TV screen with Chromecast and air conditioning.

Our boardrooms have a capacity of 10 persons and can be connected to each other so you can receive up to 50 persons in theater style.

The Crosspoint boardrooms Sapphire & Emerald can be rented per day or half day.

The cost of our boardrooms are € 325,- for a half day and € 625,- for a full day, excluding VAT.

In addition to the meeting facilities, our collaboration with Corine’s Smaakcreatie allows for all sorts of culinary options.

We would like to hear about your specific wishes for a pleasant drink, lunch or dinner. We will then make you an appropriate offer.

XO COWORKING

A unique and inspiring concept with flexible workplaces, allowing you to work the way you want. Standing up, sitting down, with or without a table, at any time. Of course, the modern and comfortable designed furniture has electrical and USB charging points. This is the ideal solution if you cannot work at home for a while.

Our flexible workstations are optimized for working comfortably. The rugs, designer blinds and sound-absorbing moss wall also ensure optimal acoustics.

If you use our flexible workplaces, you also have access to the unique mobility service.

XO Flex Subscription

Would you like to use the XO Flex workspaces more often? Then a subscription is a good option. On working days you will have unlimited access to the available space. Delicious coffee, tea and superfast WiFi are included. The subscription can be extended to include the use of a meeting room. Would you like to go to the office by bike? Then use our mobility services with one of our electric BMW i3’s to visit your customers.

Rates

You can choose out of two types of subscriptions: a 12-month subscription at € 195,- ex. VAT per month or a 6-month subscription at € 245,- ex. VAT per month.  All XO Flex subscriptions include coffee, tea and WiFi, but exclude use of the boardrooms.

The opening hours of the office building are from 07:30 to 19:00 hours.

XO COACHING STUDIO

Would you like to pay attention to a single client in peace and with focus? For this purpose we have a specially equipped coaching studio. Optimally equipped for 1 on 1 sessions in a relaxed environment. The studio is set up as a small living room and offers a perfect  setting for small meetings of up to 3 people with a distance of 1,5 meter.

The coaching studio can be rented for € 23,- ex. VAT per hour, € 46,- ex. VAT for a half day and € 69,- ex. VAT for a full day.

The office hours are from 07:30 to 19:00 hours. A half day consists of 4 hours and a full day of 8 hours. Coffee and tea are included on a self-service basis.

Fine for coaching

This unique location in the heart of the Dune and Flower bulb region and the spacious room with design furniture are the ideal environment for coaching sessions. That is why we offer this room specifically for coaches and others who just need a quiet space temporarily.

XO DAY OFFICE

Do you want to be able to work fully focused without a long-term commitment? Work in peace in our fully equipped luxury suite office for 1 person or larger team office. The day offices can be rented by the hour or part of the day.

If you use our day office you also have access to our mobility service.

Rates

The rates of our day offices are charged per person at € 15,- ex. VAT per hour, € 30,- ex. VAT for a half day and € 45,- ex. VAT for a full day. Day offices are only available during the opening hours of the office building.

The opening hours of the office building are 07:30 to 19:00 hours. A half day consists of 4 hours and a full day of 8 hours. The prices of the day offices are based on single use. We charge a supplement for any guests you may have. Coffee and tea are included on a self-service basis.
